AwoCoupon » Troubleshooting

If you are having problems with coupons being accepted, there are a few things you can try:

• Check Awocoupon->Dashboard page, and verify the plugin is installed an enabled.  (Joomla 2.x only)
• Check Awocoupon->Installation check page  (Joomla 1.x only)
• Go to AwoCoupon->Configuration->Error tab and change the error messages to something more identifiable, to see why a coupon fails.
• FTP into your webroot and verify override files have been installed (see installation for specific files)   (Prestashop only)
