History of Uses
The history of uses displays transactions of the customer
within the store.
Coupons
This screen displays all the customers customers that have used
a coupon/gift certificate during the ordering process. There is a list of
filters and a search field that allows you to easily find what you are looking
for.
Gift Certificates
This screen displays all the gift certificates in your store
including the value, value used, balance, and customer who ordered it (if any).
There is a list of filters and a search field that allows you to easily find
what you are looking for.
Orders
This screen displays all the orders where gift certificates
where purchased. It displays the order number and the gift certificate codes of
the order. There is also a resend button to resend the email incase the customer did not receive it for some reason.
