Reward points not added

    Hello,
    I would like to set a 1 point every 10 euros reward on all orders done by Registered Users.
    The points have to be triggered when the order status is set to Completed.
    I need help because the AwoRewards Points module is always 0 and the Payment History is empty, despite all orders are in status Completed.
    Maybe I'm doing something wrong but I can't find what.

    Hello,

    Happy to help.  The easiest is to get temp admin access and have a look.  Or you can post screen shots of your setup.

    Hello,

    Thanks for the access, had a look.  In the setup of the rule, you set it so it works for just the "default shopper group".  None of the customers are in that shopper group, so this is the reason it does not work.

    Also you set the trigger to 1, this will only give points to the first order after the rule start date, and not any others.
