Points of some clients begun Claimed While the clients didn't use them

    Hello,
    The clients of my eshop have several points but they seem to be claimed, while they never used them. So, they should be unclaimed.
    Is there any way to fix this?

    Note that last week I was facing a problem and I posted a topic here. So, please also take a look at the changes I made because there must be the cause. (I set AwoCoupon Profile and I set Points to Amount Ratio: 50)

    Hello,

    When redeeming points, they automatically get converted to coupon codes. So even if not used, the coupon code still exists. The customer should have gotten an email with the coupon code and it can also be seen in the front end and backend under payments. If you want to convert it back to points, then in the backend, under payments, would need to delete the payment (coupon) to the customer.
