apply voucher balance to a specific user without the need of his attention

Hi, is it somehow possible to apply voucher balance to a specific user without the need of his attention? I mean can it be done form backend by Administrator or maybe is there a way to automate this - create voucher that will automatically add defined value to the specific user?

There is currently no backend function to add a balance to a customer's account. Will look at adding this to the next release.
