Profile preview not working anymore

Hi, I'm trying to add a new profile to AwoCoupon. I have a working profile for gift vouchers and it works just fine.

But when creating a new profile, I noticed that the preview button generates only a white square in the popup.

When I try to preview the existing profile, it has the same error. So the profile works, the preview not.

Any idea how to fix this?

I use AwoCoupon Pro 2.4.5 and Joomla 3.4.8.

A blank screen would most likely mean an error. Can you review your error logs to see what the error is?

Or maybe in global configuration put the site in development mode and try it again, hopefully the error will show.

Hi, I see no errors in the logfiles or the debugging console.

In Chrome, the console has the following message:

In Firefox, I get the following message:
The image ‘http://new.saintbasics.com/administrator/index.php?option=com_awocoupon&task=previewprofile&cid=3’ cannot be displayed, because it contains errors.

The URL it is trying to display looks strange to me:

Unfortunately not enough to know what is going on. Think the only thing I can do now is debug it directly. If you can send temp admin and ftp access via private message I can have a look at it.
