Where does the Recipient fields show up for the customer to fill?

So I am able to sell the certificates but the client wants to allow the customer to fill out the following fields

Recipient Name Field
Recipient Email Field
Recipient Message Field

But it never shows up on Check out. Can someone help?

It should show up ion the product if setup for the product. What shopping cart are you using?

We are using Eshop. and it does not show up on the product page. :(

Hello,

In eshop, go to catalog->options, create 3 new text fields. On the list page, keep track of their id's and enter these into AwoCoupon -> configuration -> gift certificate

In eshop, find the gift certificate product and edit it. Go to the options tab. Add the 3 option fields and save.

It should now show up in the front end and at the same time work with AwoCoupon.
