I somehow cannot figure out how to configure the following case:
I have two automatic discounts set up for two different categories, they can be used together. This works fine.
For Christmas I want to set up a 10% coupon code, that shouldn't work with the other discounts. So if I enter the Coupon it will remove the automatic discounts from the cart. Can somebody help me out? I tried to put the automatic discounts in a parent coupon and then disabled the use of multiple coupons, which didn't work. If I enter the coupon it will deduct 10% of the price which already has been reduced by the automatic discount.
