Creating Gift Certificates - Dummy Guide Please

Hi

does anyone have a dummy's guide about how to create a gift certificate from start to finish

I have setup the product in virtuemart, done everything that the AWO guide does but cannot get the coupons to work at all.

Any help would be really appreciated

Are you referring to gift certificate products or just a gift certificate coupon?

If a coupon, then you can always debug why it is not working by going to awocoupon->configuration->error messages and setting all the errors to something identifiable.
