Unable points (coupon?) in shopping cart

I purchased AwoRewards for prestashop.
How do I automatically box subtract points from orders in shopping cart?
I'm trying to set it in "Reward Payout (Request)", but it does not work.

I do not really understand your question, what do you mean by "box subtract points from orders"?

It's about an option similar to the one available in the free Loyalty Program module, in which the points can be exchanged for a voucher.
I can try to re-write the points from Aworewards to Loyalty but doesn't make any sense. That's why I need to know if it can be done the in Aworewards as it is in Loyalty and if the client will be able to manage their points. Also I can't find AlphaUserPoints, even though I have the latest version of the script.

Alphauserpoints is only available for Joomla.

So go to aworewards->configuration and
- Reward Payout (Automatic)
- Reward Payout (Request)

There you can setup the coupon the customer receives if they request a coupon code (or if you make it automatic)
