Where do I enter the pro license ??

To whom it may concern ,
I had just purchased the pro version - Installed - but I can't seem to find a place where to input the license #.
I need the pro features in order to enable a FREE Shipping coupon.

Please let me know how this can be done - or if I'm doing something wrong.
