Coupons show but Gift certs do not in list.

Hi Just installed the product and just a couple of quick questions:

Gift certs do not show on list on back end coupons do show.

Is there a way to have customer pick the amount of the gift certificate on front end and initiate gift certificate through email that is sent to them or another person ?

Hi Todd,

Verify that you do not have any filters picked on the back end. For example, make sure the dropdown is set to 'Select Function Type' on the coupon list.

I am not sure i understand your second question. Are you trying to sell gift certificates on the front end?
