There doesn't seem to be a box for it in the back end.

    Hello,

First enter the license, click activate, and the box will appear.

    Hi,

I've added the license to the back end, but no box appears.

All I see is the following (I've changed some of the details for security purposes):

    License
    License: awocoupon2_xxxx0c461a410965
    Website: websitename.co.uk
Expiration: 2014-08-10 21:54:16 ยป Make license permanent

If I click on Make license permanent, I just end up on your website.

    Thanks

Yes, that is correct, it goes to the link that shows you how make your license permanent in the faq's:
    https://awodev.com/documentation/frequently-asked-questions#license-permanent

The link scrolls down too far, please scroll up a little to see the title. We will get that issue fixed.

    Hi,

I had already followed the instructions and generated the local key in AwoDev,com. The problem I have is with the final stage, i.e.

"Copy the generated Local Key from AwoDev.com into your Awo Software".

I cannot see a box in the back end of the AWO installation in Joomla in which to paste the code. I have version 2.3.0 installed which I bought a couple of days ago.

Is there a bug in the latest version?

    Thanks

    Hello,

No, please enter the license key and click the 'activate' button.

Also you may have an error. If that is the case, go to global configuration and turn on debug mode. Then refresh the license screen again. You should then see what the database error is.

    Hi,

Sorry, my mistake. I was looking at the main AWO admin page, not the License page from the the top menu. I've sorted it out now.

    Thanks
