Exclude shipping from discount

Hi

I would like to create a 10% discount code but I do not want the shipping cost discounted. - I only want 10% taken from the items and shipping cost to remain. Is this possible? If so, please can someone point me in the right direction?

I am using VM2.6.6 and OPC 2.0.220.48.060114
