AwoReferral Invite does not include user comments

I have installed a Menu item on my site http://midwestmeats.com.au for the Invite Friends page, however when the email is sent it does not contain the user comments only the system information.

I am using Joomla 3.2 and Hikashop 2.3.0 business.

How can I make the user comments appear in the email to their friends.

Or hide the comments as this could be confusing to the user.

In the invitation email, are you using the tag {customer_note}?
