coupon 1.2.6 on presta 1.6 install error

I've got problem after install it.
It's odd: awo is in front office - account section, it's in #order backoffice, there are tables in database but...
no AWO in admin menu (payments >... ) I'm confused :/
oh today is friday 13th perhaps this is the problem :D

:) There have been situations where for some reason it does not install the menu item in admin. I have not been able to pin down the problem yet. Buf if it is not under pricing rules, you can manually add the menu. Here is how:

Yes, that is correct. Images are in /media/img.
