Downloads from Dynamic IP

i have Dynamic IP sooo when ever i reconnect my internet, my IP changed

so that means i can download files 5times only ??

or is there's any other way to expend IP Limits ??

No it does not. When you run out just send us a quick note and we can take care of it.
