We are using awocoupon in combination with one page checkout. Our customers are getting a gift certificate e-mail after they placed a purchase and paid for it (and status changes to Confirmed). We (admin) - in BCC are always getting a copy of the gift certificate e-mail, but we are getting loads of complaints that the e-mail to the customer did not sent.
How could it possibly be that we are always receiving the e-mail and our customers not (always)??
