Coupon Email on Order - not sent email

Hello,

i have enabled the plugin to send email/coupon when the status of order is shipped.

I try to do a new order, i changed the staus, the Virtuemart 2 email arrive but not the coupon,

please can you help me?

So just to understand the problem you have set up selleable gift certificates in AwoCoupon Pro, and after an order has been confirmed the gift certificates are not being sent any more to the customer?

Your settings look fine. I would check 2 things:
- the plugin is enabled
- the plugin is not in test mode (test mode is as good as unpublised)
