Installation error: Error installing component

Hello,

We recently had a dataloss issue upon restoration, we accidentally updated the database before re installing AWO Coupon Pro. Now we are getting the following error messages..
>Component Install: DB function reports no errors
>Error installing component

I have deleted all instances in the Database; all tables and in the _exstentions table, but it still will not install...

I am not sure, AwoCoupon does not give that error string so must be coming from Joomla.

So you removed any instance of AwoCoupon in _extensions? Have you also looked in _assets and _menu?
