AWO Coupon Plugin - Missing Entry

i am using now AWO Coupon Pro 2.0 and AwoCoupon plugin for my AcyMailing Enterprise 4.5.1 . Where are the "Coupon to Copy" Entry? I do not understand this.

The coupon to copy is just a coupon template. Here is how to create one in AwoCoupon Pro:
