We currently have a Buy X Get Y coupon set up with unlimited number of uses. The problem is when users try to pay and then their credit card payment is declined, they cannot use the coupon code again if they try to pay for their order again. Any ideas?

It will keep the coupon in session even after the order is complete. - We are using Authorize.net. I'll pass that solution on to our IT person. Thanks.
