Problem with HTLM Code after Installing AwoCoupon

I bought the AwoCoupon for hike Shop business. the website is in german and english. after installing I cannot see the site with firefox. I get the information:
Die Zeichenkodierung des HTML-Dokuments wurde nicht deklariert. Das Dokument wird in manchen Browser-Konfigurationen mit verstümmeltem Text dargestellt, wenn das Dokument Zeichen außerhalb des US-ASCII-Bereichs enthält. Die Zeichenkodierung der Seite muss im Dokument oder Transferprotokoll deklariert werden.

what is happen? I had a look to the template index.php and everything looks right.
The site ist working with Safari and IE.

Maybe I dont understand how you are reproducing this but I am not able to reproduce this error.

Ok, in firefox, in your front end, after installing AwoCoupon, in german language you receive a blank screen? Is this only on AwoCoupon link or the whole site? Maybe you can send me a private message with temporary access and give me detailed description of how to reproduce the problem?
