Send gift certificate as bbc to Manufacturer

Hello,

I use Joomla 2.5.4, Virtuemart 2.0.2 and AwoCoupon Pro 2.0.4

When a product is paid, we have to send a giftcertificate with the code to the customer and a bcc to the vendor. Both parties becomes the same code.

1. The shop where the product was purchased online at our website (vendor)
2. The customer who bought this product

I've been watching on the forum, but I can't find the answer of this problem. A same issue i have seen, but that wasn't for this version.

Can you please tell me how i can send a giftcertificat to the customer and at the same time a bcc to vendor with the same giftcertificate?

We have multiple vendors.
Each product we have in our shop has a different vendor.
So, if someone buy a product, he becomes a giftcard with the code. But the vendor needs that code also. That's why we want that the vendor of the product that is bought also becomes the giftcard with the code.

Ok, cannot really send the vendor the same email since the customer can order multiple gift certificates from multiple vendors and will receive all coupons in 1 email. Would have to send separate email to vendors.

If the customer buys 1 product it is possible to sent the vendor the same mail like you sent to the customer and the admin?

But is it possible to sent the gift certificate to the vendor like you by the cc to the admin?
Or is it possible to change the emailadress from the admin to the vendor emailadres?

And i don't no why but the customer becomes 2 times the same mail with the code.

Sorry, sorry i made a big mistake!!
The vendor are we self!!
We sell products from different manufacturers!
So if someone buys a product, there must be sent a mail to the customer and the manufacturer of the product!

The ability to automatically send to vendor has been implemented in the latest version of AwoCoupon.
First you would have to setup in configuration:

And then set the vendor name/email per product:

But the manufacturer of the product needs also the giftcertificate with the code.
Because the customer go with the code on the giftcertificate to the manufacturer to becomes his product.

We are the vendor, we sell products for manufacturers.

I understand, but could not use that field in developing this as it is used for other purposes when dealing on a larger scale.

You can setup the manufacturer as the vendor in AwoCoupon gift certificate product and they will receive the codes.

I think i have done the right setup.

1. I have a manufacturer '1" in Virtuemart with a emailadres 'E'
2. I have a product 'X' in Virtuemart with manufacturer '1'
3. in AWO-pro i have a Coupon 'C' with Fuctie Type=Coupon, Functie Type2=Produkt, Gepubliceerd=Sjabloon and i select the product 'X' with the ID from Virtuemart.
4. Then i made a new Profile 'P' for product 'X' with all the details.
Here you can also put a Titel, From name, From emailadres, Bcc Admin, etc..
5. Then i select Giftcertificates, Giftcertificates products
Here i select by Produkt, the product 'X'
I select by Sjabloon, the Coupon 'C'
I select by Profielafbeelding, the Profile 'P'

So, where do i have to setup the manufacturer as the vendor?
In Giftcertificates product i don't have a field for e-mail.
In Coupons i doný have a field for e-mail.
Only in the Profile ('P') i can put a emailadress. But nothing happens with this adress!
And by the manufacturer '1' of this product 'X' in Virtuemart i can put a emailadress.

What do i have to setup, so the manufacturer becomes also the Gifcertificate with the code?

did you upgrade to 2.0.6?

When i start AwoCoupon Pro in Joomla, in the dashboard i see the message that i use the latest version!! My version is 2.0.4.
But now i'm going to update the programm and try again.

In 2.0.6 you can insert a e-mailadress to use like bcc.
That's wat we need!
