Awo mailplugin stil does not work properly

I realy don't know what is wrong?
The coupon sofware is not working properly.

Yesterday a new client recieved the coupon 2 hours after registration and complained about it.

So i tested myself and i do not recieve a coupon at all?

How can this be? Can you check my settings?

The plugin works on user clicks/time setup within the plugin. In the account you have this field:
Max emails per day, with a description of ":Minimum 1 - Maximum 1000. For example, if set to 300, the plugin will try to send out an email approximately every 5 minutes.".

Yours was set to 30, which means it would only check for new registrations after 48 mins as long as there is a click on your website. I have updated it to 500, which checks approximately every 3 minutes.

thanks for your quick replay.
i changed that for testing, it was set on 1000 and a costumer recieved the couponcode after 2 hours? not 10 min.
But i want the new regerstrations to recieve their coupon immidiatly, so i must set it to 100 (1 min.) correct?

could that be the same reason why the coupons are not created at all?
i had also a new order from a existing buyer but no code was created for the new order?

I just tested both and nothing happens???
No coupon on regerstration and ordering :-(

Normaly i also receive a admin-email when someone registers, could er bee a bigger problem?

If you are not receiving administrative emails, then you might have a different problem.

As there is no hack within Virtuemart to trigger emails, orders/registration are periodically checked to see if there are any emails to be sent out. This is triggered by 2 things:
- the value entered in Max emails per day, yours is currently set to 500, which means it checks every 3mins
- users clicking on the site. the plugin is not triggered automatically and requires some type of click on a non virtuemart page. If this does not happen, then it does not matter what you set in Max emails per day. The next time a user/customer clicks on the site then it will be triggered.

I thinks it works again, but i have a different problem.

The codes are not accepted when a costumer use it.
I think that is because the instalation is not completed yet.

When i i try to add the extra php-codes in the ps_coupon.php file, the option to fill out the couponcode disappears.
So i did it wrong i believe.

Can you help me with that?
