Coupon code not found. Please try again (AwoCoupon Pro / VM 1.1.x / PolishedGeek OPCO)

I've just purchased AwoCoupon Pro to enable free shipping coupons in our Vm 1.1.7 / Joomla 1.5 install, using PolishedGeeks OPCO module.

When I use the coupon in the OPCO, the message 'Coupon code not found. Please try again.' is shown. The 'Delivery Instructions' delivery option radio button shows the standard shipping rate. The 'Confirm & Place Order' area shows a shipping value of 0 (expected; the coupon is Shipping / 100% value). If I go to Paypal, the wrong price is shown with the standard delivery rate.

Can anyone assist?

I should add - regardless of what coupon code I enter (real or not), the same message is displayed and 'Shipping' is set to 0. So it seems no communication is happening between OPCO / VM and AwoCoupon.

Please take a look at awocoupon->installation check page, is everything installed?

Also you can go to awocoupon->configuration->error messages tab and change all the error messages to something identifiable. If you are still getting coupon not found, then you at least know it is not using AwoCoupon.
