Buy X Get Y Automatically add to cart 'Get Y' product Not Working

I am very happy with your software overall. However, I am not able to get to work "Automatically add to cart 'Get Y' product" and would like to find out what the problem is.

I tried setting it up as in the documentation, but it still won't work. I have no problem providing credentials if you could please take a look.
