The particular product is unable to waive When I chose the minimum value as overall.

For example, I chose the minimum value as overall, I setted the products A + products B will get discout. But the specific products C were also included.

If I chose the minimum value as specific, however, the products will be separated and unable to combine.

We need the system be able to offer the discout when the products A + Products B reach the amount , but have to exclude the products C.


Please help to check if there is any way to solve this problem.

If you are referring to a buy x get y coupon, the minimum (specific) will only work on the buy x, since this is what triggers a discount. Is this the type of coupon you are referring to?

For example, I setted three kinds of product i.e.
Product A $5500.
Product B $4000.
Product C $3000.



please help to set this coupon and open it with Automatic Discounts.

When the customer buys product A + product B total amount is $9500 - get discount $500. (this is correct)
However, if the customer buys product B + product C total amount is $7000 - get discount $500. (this is wrong since the product C should be excluded.)

In your coupon, you are excluding product C, so if you set minimum value to 500 specific, then it should work as you want. It should only count the total of all products, excluding product C.
