1 coupon every 5 orders

Hello, first of all I've configured System - AwoCoupon Email to send a coupon when a user is registered and it works fine.

The problem is that I've configured System - AwoCoupon Email to send a coupon every 5 orders and when a coustomer buy the fifth orden y and I change to shipped the coupon is generated but no email is sent to the client and not receive the email sent by virtuemart when an orders is made. It seems to be a conflt
