Unable to see coupon details for editing.

I have been using the Pro version for months now without issue. I have a permanent license and running ver 2.1.2.

I need to edit a coupon. When I click on the coupon code in the couple list, it takes me to the detail page. On the page however, the only thing showing is:
Coupon - RedShop with the Save & Close/Cancel on the right and below that it shows Coupon Details label with the "Function Type" dropdown showing Coupon.

Nothing else is on the page.

If I try creating a new coupon, I cannot get passed the first two dropdowns. Nothing shown on the rest of the page where the editing should be.

Any ideas?

Do you have a javascript error on the page? Have you tried clearing the browser cache? I can look at it if you pm me temporary admin access.

No error on the page and browser cache has been cleared several times.

Thanks for the access. Is there a specific coupon this is happening on, because I opened the edit screen of the first coupon (id: 971) and it displays properly. Also what browser are you using? I am using goolge chrome.

Must be IE10, I tried Firefox and also IE9 with no problem. Sorry for the bandwidth... just one more hassle added by IE10. Thanks for the help.
