I've setup several gift certificates products ($25, $50, $100) in HikaShop with custom item fields for name, email and special message. I've created gift certificates in AwoCoupon for these products and a default custom profile and I've also inserted my custom fields in the AwoCoupon configuration and set the required order status to "confirmed".
The order/gift certificate generation process is working correctly, but the email containing the gift certificate is not sending to the customer or the recipient. The HikaShop order emails for "order created", "order confirmed" etc. are sending, so I know its not a general email issue that is causing the problem.
