If using the preview of gift certificate images, then the tags will display literally. If a real gift certificate is being generated, then the tags will be automatically change to their dynamic values.

Ok thank you. I am setting it up to generate a certificate for the rewards. You suggested creating one specific to the rewards. I just want to make sure those tags will print onto the certificate when it is sent out so the customer doesnt see the "tags" lol Thank you seyi!
