Can AWO do Buy 1 Get second at 50% without coupon?

My client requirement is PWP (Purchase with Purchase). Can AWO do this without the use of any coupons?

Product B original price is $100 but you can get it at $30 if you purchase Product A or met certain amount in a cart.

Yes, you can create a buy product A and get product B at a discount. You would use the buy x get y feature for this. And yes, you can also set the minimum amount in the cart for which the coupon will be valid.
