Using AWOCoupon pro with VMInvoice

Hi,
I am using AWOCoupon Pro, currently on a test site (Hoping to go live in a week or 2), and very impressed. However, is there a way to make the codes work with ARTIO VMInvoice?
I am using VMInvoice for it's feature of being able to create orders through the BE, but if I enter an AWO coupon code or Gift Voucher code into VMInvoice it says 'Coupon not found'. I would really like to be able to get this to work so that gift vouchers can be used with telephone orders as well as web orders.

I am using Joomla 2.5.8, Virtuemart 2.0.14, AWOCoupon Pro 2.1.5, and VMInvoice 2.0.21

Hi Pete,

This is probably a question better answered by VMInvoice as they know how their coupon checking works. I really could not give any direction, I dont even have a copy of it.
