Coupon valid again when order is cancelled

    Hello

    We are using Awocoupons together with http://www.virtuemartrewardspoints.com/

    That point system generates points that your component turns in to coupons.

    The issue with customers is that when they make an order (credit card or paypal) using one of your cupons and the order is cancelled (error in the payment process or whatever) the coupon code is already used so basicly if the order is not processed correctly first time the coupon is lost.

    Is there a way to tell your component to maintain the coupon available when the order created is cancelled?

    This is a big issue for us with our customers.

    Hello,

    No we do not trigger deletion of history based on order status, it can get very messy. What version of Virtuemart/AwoCoupon is this?

    Hello

    Is the latest version (free version) but we would buy the pro version if it solves it.

    The problems with this is that we have to manually add points or generate a new coupon each time the user looses his coupon.

    I have asked at alpha user points and virtuemart reward points but both point me to your component cause the issue is the actual value for the coupon not being returned.

    Hello,

    The pro version will not solve this. With the pro you can view the history of uses and delete an entry, but the entry is not automatically deleted if the order is cancelled. Once the order is created with the discount, the coupon is used.
