AWOCoupon + PayPal + ps_paypal_wpp

I am having an issue when I process a payment via PayPal while use AWO Coupon Pro specifically with a gift certificate. If the user does not use the ENTIRE gift certificate amount they receive the PayPal error "The totals of the cart item amounts do not match order amounts". However if them go OVER the amount everything works fine.

I have read the thread on this site of the issue when they are using ps_paypal class. However, I am using the ps_paypal_wpp class.

Any ideas?

My understanding of ps_paypal_wpp is it works as a credit card processor for paypal. If you are also using standard paypal, then you would be using the ps_paypal. In which case the postings you have read should apply. So the question is are you having this using credit card or just through standard paypal?

Through the credit card processor. Basically, ps_paypal_wpp is a component for web site payments pro and makes it so the payment is processed through paypal without them leaving your site. The problem is that like the ps_paypal, it must be sending the wrong totals to PayPal when a gift certificate is used.

yes, I understand. I am not aware of any problems with paypal wpp. Have you tried disabling AwoCoupon and testing regular Virtuemart coupons? You should try contacting the developers of wpp, maybe they have seen this problem before.

Hi. I'm just following up on this again. I have a NEW payment processor installed to handle PayPay Payment Pro payments and I am still getting the same error message. The new component is from virtuemart-solutions.com. The error I am getting is:

Error: Error: 10413 The totals of the cart item amounts do not match order amounts.
Error: Failure in Processing the Payment (ps_paypalprous)

It seems to me that if the error is occurring with 2 different payment plugins that the issue is with AWO Coupon Pro.
