Just Bought Coupon PRO - Error When Installing

Hi there,

I sent an email via the contact form but I'm not sure you got it as I did not get a copy in my email.

I just bought AWOCoupon but I'm getting an error when I try to install it. Please let me know asap if you received the email. I sent it today.

URGENT!!

The component installed but it is not showing on the list of components on the HikaShop dashboard. I only see it under Extensions > Extension Manager > Manage.

The menu item for AwoCoupon is located in the administration screen under components->AwoCoupon.

It's not there. I wish I could show you a screen shot.

If you want I can give you backend access to see for yourself.

I reinstalled it but that doesn't help. I get:

this is a problem from installing version 1 first.

Here is what you do:
1) uninstall awocoupon
2) go to your database, probably with phpmyadmin, and look in jos_menu and find awocoupon. You can do a query for it

3) Once found, delete it
4) reinstall awocoupon

Uninstalled component. Did not find that in the _menu. Here's what's there under "Title":

and a few more, try the solution by guilleva. Something is out of sync, once you get it back in sync should not have a problem with the menu item showing.
