setting AwoReferral

Hi, I'm trying to set aworeferral with this rule:
when the invited friend purchase for the first time, the old user receives a coupon.
The rule has been created but not able to try it because I can not publish the form (the one with which the user calls the friend).
In the top menu I created a new button (aworeferral-Invitation-Invitation form) but does not appear.
What can I do?

Hello,

If you go to Joomla admin -> menu, you should be able to select AwoReferral -> invitation form for creation, and then this will show up in the front end. You can also access the form directly, without creating a link by going to:

index.php?option=com_aworeferral&view=invitation

If you user is not logged in, they will automatically be forwarded by to the homepage, or wherever you set it to in configuration.

thanks for the information, the procedure was successful, but as you can see from the link below, the page with the form does not open.
At this point I think would be the component Artio that creates problems: could you tell me how to configure aworeferral for Artio?

You can disable this restriction in admin->aworeferral->configuration

there is a looping error it seems. I really do not know what is causing it. Can you send me a private message with temporary ftp/admin access so I can find out the problem?

I took a look and yes, it is artio joomsef extension causing the problem. I disabled it and the page displayed fine. I went to manage sef urls, and searched for aworeferral and found this line:

sefurl -> dillo-a-un-amico/invitation.html
realurl -> index.php?option=com_aworeferral&view=invitation&Itemid=109

Going to dillo-a-un-amico/invitation.html works fine, but not the non sef url.

You should probably add the other 2 urls for aworeferral to the sef list:
index.php?option=com_aworeferral&view=referrals
index.php?option=com_aworeferral&view=credit

but now I can use the link for the form, what is? this http://www.profumeriaverde.it/dillo-a-un-amico/invitation.html ?
or
http://www.profumeriaverde.it/index.php?option=com_aworeferral&view=invitation&Itemid=109

The other one does not with joomsef enabled.
