Custom field not showing

Hi,

Custom fields are not showing on the certificate or in the email.

My custom attribute is exactly the same as the Awo configuration.

I've read the forum, manual and blog post.

What else do I miss?

If you have read through everything and believe you set it up correctly then I cannot be sure what the problem is. So you setup the custom attributes message, from name and from email and you filled those out when purchasing. When the gift certificate is sent out, is it sent to the customer who purchased or to the email filled out while buying? May you could send a private message temporary admin access to take a look?

Virtuemart product has:-
recipient name;recipient message;recipient email

AWO configuration has:-
Custom Attribute Recipient Name Field
Custom Attribute Recipient Email Field
Custom Attribute Recipient Message Field

Gift Certificate profile has the following tag options:-
{website}
{gift_certificates}
{purchaser_first_name}
{purchaser_last_name}
{recipient_name}
{recipient_message}
{image_embed}
{product_name}


I cannot get this to work at all! I am sure I am doing something wrong but after 2 days I just can't see it....
