Awo Coupon Email doesn't send emails to new registered users

Hello! I use Awo coupon 1.0.11 and Awo Coupon Email. My problem is that letter to new registered user cannot be send... When i try to send test letter everything is working perfect.
Please. could you help me with this issue?

Hello,

The triggering of sending emails works on how often your website is clicked and the 'max emails per day' value. If the value is high, it will check for users more often. If low, it will check less often.

On tip, you can mouse over very column name to get more information about it.
