Getting Error -- Website does not match local key

I work on a website for a client. I installed the license information and created a coupon and it works fine. When my client tries to use the AWO component, she gets the error "Website does not match local key". How can we fix this problem, We have purchased the PRO version of this component.

If the customer is accessing the website from a different url than is on the license then she would receive that error. She would need to use the same url as you. If she is, then it might be a caching issue, have her delete their cache and try again.
