on click on ther coupon it redirect on index.php

Hi guys....when a custome insert the coupon and clicks on it it gets redirected to a blank page but than if u click on the cart again it shows the discount....why is that?

not sure. take a look at your error logs to see what errors are happening that is causing the page to not load. It could be anything.

generally there is a file called error_log in the root directory of your website. You can view that file. If you do not have this file, then you will need to consult your hosting company as to where the error logs are.
