Shipping Coupon Maximum Value

Hi there,

Our client would like to have a shipping coupon which removes the shipping cost from the total price. The problem we have is that they already take the shipping cost off on any order over £50. This means that if the coupon is redeemed on an order that is over £50, they still get the shipping price reduction.

So my question is this, is there a way to set a maximum value or an 'up-to' value for the coupon so that it does not provide unwanted discounts?

I am not sure I understand. If a customer's order is over 50 and they try to use the free shipping coupon, no extra discount will be given, as the shipping is already free.
