How do I add a new 'Gift Certificate Profile'

I have made a new .png file and placed it in the location below.

httpdocs/administrator/components/com_awocoupon/assets/giftcert/images/

It is not available for selection! After several attempts I renamed one of the existing profiles (changed flower.png to flowerflower.png). The selection still only shows the original 4 including flower.png.

Yes that is the right directory by default. Just verify that this variable, com_awocoupon_GIFTCERT_IMAGES, in administrator/components/com_awocoupon/awocoupon.config.php is pointing to that directory. It is strange that you renamed an image and it still pulls the wrong name. Try deleting the image or just removing it from that directory and see if it still loads. If it does its either stuck in cache or the images are not pulling from that directory.

I renamed the files again and this time it did show!

I have added the new template and it now shows correctly!

I do not know what else changed from before. I had even tried to access it from 2 other computers.
