I can not get the sending of the "Gift Card"

I use version 1.3.1 of Pro AwoCoupon but it does not send e-mails with "Gift Card"

Hi, here are a few things to try

- in configuration, the emails are set to ship when order is in the confirmed state by default, is your order in at least this state?
- check installation check page, make sure sellable gift certificates is installed

If neither of those are the problem, please pm me with admin/ftp access and i can take a look to find the problem.
