Coupon creation process changed

Hy again Seyi,

Sorry for reporting so much ... but your component is sooo great ! :)


Since you have updated the coupon creation windows (we now can select products/clients/categories by double click, something usefull hase desapear, 2 things in fact :
- the possibility to select by ctrl-left click multiple items at once.
- to leave blank the categories for exemple (nothing selected) so that it consider everything is selected by default (I thing it used to work like that)

I say that because I have more than 2 hundred categories, including manually bu double click 100 is quite long ... :)

What do you thing of that?

It is already on my list to restore the ctrl/shift, and clicking add will add all items selected to the list.

You can leave the categories blank, which will mean it works for all categories. This has not been taken out.
