Gift Certificate Profiles

I just installed on our test server and was trying to use one of the gift certificate profiles. When I change the default profile to anything other than "profile 1", I get a white screen on the thank you page. The order never goes through. I can go back to the main page and the gift cert is still in the cart. There is nothing being logged to the PHP error log concerning it. Is there something else I have to setup to use the other profiles?

When I try to preview the profile on the back end, I get a white screen in the preview as well. Not sure if the 2 are related. Thought I would let you know in case that was any help in diagnosing.

I have not seen this error before. But from what you wrote, it seems something is failing when trying to create the image. Do you have gd library enabled in your php install?

Installing GD fixed the issue. Thanks
