Quantity-problem

Hello,

I have a problem with the quantity and the discount. I have a couponcode that gives a discount of 2.00 for an item. When I make the quantity of the product 3 then the discount remains 2.00 instead of 6.00. What is going wrong?

Hello, the amount value of a discount is what is given and is not based on quantity. So no matter the quantity you would always get 2 as the discount. If you want it based on quantity you can use the percentage discount. For example, if your product is $10 and you set the discount to 20%, then the discount will be 2 for 1 product, 4 for 2, 3 for 4, etc.
