Hi, can we understand what happens when we try to 'exclude' products from a coupon? In our case, we have products that are listed across a coupon of different categories so if only one of the products category is excluded, the coupon will still work?! That seems to be the case when we tried it out...
i.e. if a product is listed in category 1, 2 and 3. We need to exclude all three categories to effectively exclude the product from the coupon or can we excluded just either one of them?
