I installed ok, created a coupon, setup the options as:
Function type: coupon
uses: 5
percent: total
Value: 20
Exp date: 3-9-2010
Selected all customers and chose the product:
But i dont see a "enter coupon code" field or how the coupon affects the price?
It looks like you have coupon codes disabled. log in as an admin, go to components->virtuemart->admin->configuration. Select the Global tab and make sure "Enable Coupon Usage" is checked.

One more question - I have a exp date of today - March 9th, but I can still see the coupon. Is that correct?
Yes, none of the coupons are ever deleted, so you can see a history of all your coupons, although you can delete them manually. So that is why the filtering is so important. If a customer tries to use a coupon that has expired, it wont work. On the dashboard, you can click on active coupons or inactive coupons. Inactive coupons will filter to all coupons that are unpublished and coupons that have expired (whether published or not).

The coupon code doesn't appear even if I enable the coupon in the admin global configuration. And I've already edit the codes to your instruction. I'm not sure what went wrong.

The code looks right. When you say the coupon code doesnt appear, do you mean you do not see a box in the checkout to enter a coupon code? If so that seems like a virtuemart problem. can you supply the url?
